VERDEA
Engineering

Engineered like architecture. Serviced like infrastructure.

Beneath the foliage: welded steel, machined joints, tested polymers and a 42-point inspection protocol. The invisible architecture of a system that behaves.

01

Swiss-Inspired Engineering

Every system designed as a mechanism: tolerances, load paths, service intervals — specified before manufacture.

02

Internal Steel Architecture

Welded, powder-coated armatures machined from single billets. Load-tested for public spaces and repeated servicing.

03

Handcrafted Bark

Cast from moulds of centenary Mediterranean olive trees, then hand-painted and sealed. Every trunk is one of one.

04

Premium Botanical Materials

Injection-moulded botanical PE leaves — silvered underside, textured vein, matte finish. Non-shedding, non-porous.

05

UV Engineering

Stabilised polymers rated for high-insolation regions; outdoor systems warrantied against fade.

06

Fire-Rated Solutions

EN 13501 Class B certified variants for public assembly, aviation and hospitality.

07

Replaceable Components

Modular canopy joints allow branch- and foliage-level service without decommissioning the system.

08

Lifecycle Engineering

Every component designed to be serviced, refurbished, upgraded or redeployed — not replaced wholesale.

Sustainable Manufacturing

Design for longevity. Replace components, not installations.

Rather than replacing products every year, VERDEA refurbishes, upgrades and redeploys botanical systems where appropriate. Modular construction, replaceable components and lifecycle engineering are how we minimise waste — and how a single VERDEA system serves a building for a decade or more.

Modular
Every branch, canopy joint and planter component is designed to be serviced individually.
Refurbished
Systems returned to studio are refurbished and redeployed rather than discarded.
Digital twin
Every installation is maintained as a live digital record for the life of the interior.

Every system leaves the studio with its own file.

Certifications, photographs, service intervals and part codes for the life of the installation. Request a sample dossier alongside the Architectural Botanical Systems™ guide.
